Let's not get caught up in the manufacturing design details, but this keyboard case carries a Logitech badge and per the product page, is a Zagg product. The branding is just like Logitech's iPad 2 keyboard case. In fact this product is almost an exact copy of the iPad version. It's just designed to work with the GalTab 10.1 instead.
